Consultation & Medical History

A focused discussion to understand your health and goals.

  • Medical, family, and medication history
  • Current symptoms and concerns
  • Lifestyle and mental wellbeing
  • Female health: periods, fertility, hormonal health, or menopause

Comprehensive Blood Testing

At the centre of your assessment is a wide, clinically-driven blood panel, designed to uncover early changes and give a clear picture of your internal health. We assess:

  • Blood health: anaemia, infection, inflammation
  • Heart & metabolic risk: cholesterol and long-term blood sugar (HbA1c)
  • Organ function: liver and kidneys
  • Thyroid function: key drivers of energy, weight, and mood
  • Nutritional status: vitamin D, B12, iron levels
  • Hormonal health: a detailed profile to support fertility, cycle health, and menopause

Your GP doesn't just run these tests, they interpret them in the context of you, your symptoms, and your goals.

Physical Examination

A thorough, head-to-toe assessment.

  • Heart, lungs, and circulation
  • Abdominal examination
  • Joint health and grip strength (linked to longevity)
  • Skin check for concerning lesions
  • Neurological examination

Results & Next Steps

  • Personalised plan for your health, hormones, and long-term wellbeing

Personalised Add-On Diagnostics

During your consultation, your GP may recommend additional investigations based on your symptoms, risk factors, or health goals.

These are not pre-set packages. Every recommendation is clinically guided, relevant, and tailored to you.

Personalised Blood Testing (If Clinically Needed)

Priced by combination

In some cases, your GP may recommend additional targeted blood tests to investigate specific concerns in more detail. These may include:

  • Further hormone testing where symptoms require deeper investigation
  • Additional assessment of persistent fatigue or unexplained symptoms
  • Extended cardiovascular or metabolic markers in higher-risk patients
  • Autoimmune or inflammatory testing where clinically indicated
  • Further fertility-related investigations when appropriate

These tests are only suggested when they add meaningful clinical insight.

Heart Assessment (ECG)

£120

An ECG may be recommended and arranged off-site if clinically appropriate. It helps assess:

  • Heart rhythm abnormalities (such as atrial fibrillation)
  • Electrical activity of the heart
  • Possible causes of palpitations, dizziness, or unexplained fatigue

This is a simple but valuable tool for identifying early cardiovascular issues.

Advanced Imaging (MRI Scans)

from £340

If appropriate, your GP may recommend further imaging for deeper preventative insight:

  • MRI Brain: assesses structural changes linked to memory, cognition, and small vessel disease
  • MRI Spine: identifies nerve compression, disc changes, and causes of back pain
  • MRI Knee / Hip: evaluates joint degeneration, inflammation, or soft tissue injury affecting comfort and movement
  • MRI Pelvis: assesses pelvic organs, including prostate in men and uterine/ovarian health in women, where clinically indicated
  • Whole Body MRI: a comprehensive overview of major organ systems in selected cases for preventative screening

These scans are used selectively to investigate symptoms further or provide reassurance where clinically appropriate.

Important Information

All additional investigations are:

  • Clinically led, only recommended when appropriate
  • Fully explained by your GP during your appointment
  • Individually tailored to your health needs
  • Priced after consultation, depending on the tests required

Your GP will discuss any recommended add-ons with you at your appointment, including the cost and what each test involves, so you can decide what's right for you. There's no pressure and nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
